Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines are shaped by a wide range of variables along the shipping route, and many of these factors sit outside our direct control. For this reason, any delivery window shown while you check out should only be viewed as a rough estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Once an order leaves our warehouse and enters the courier’s network, its actual transit length depends on how far the destination is, local infrastructure, sorting capacity, transport schedules and the overall package volume handled by the carrier. Under regular conditions, most parcels will arrive somewhere between ten and twenty business days. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.

Our fulfillment team works hard to pack and send out orders quickly, yet events outside our operations can push back the expected arrival window. Peak shopping seasons, holiday shipping surges, transport bottlenecks, extreme weather, workforce disruptions, customs checks and temporary transport shortages can all slow a parcel down. International packages often face extra steps at border or customs offices, while domestic deliveries may run into delays caused by heavy carrier workloads or local infrastructure limits. We collaborate closely with our shipping partners to cut down avoidable hold-ups, but once a parcel moves into their external delivery network, some unexpected events cannot be managed by us.

Since shipping conditions are prone to sudden shifts, we cannot lock in an exact delivery date for any single shipment. The estimate shared at checkout exists purely to help shoppers plan ahead and is not a binding promise. It is wise to keep your schedule flexible around the projected delivery date. A delay does not automatically mean the package has been lost or that the order has run into permanent trouble.

Double checking your shipping details before placing an order is extremely important. Take time to confirm your delivery address, unit or apartment number, postal code, contact number and any special delivery notes before finishing checkout. Once the order has entered packing and shipping workflows, updating the recipient or destination address may no longer be possible. Incomplete or incorrect details can lead to misrouting, failed delivery attempts and further delays.

After dispatch, your package transfers fully into the carrier’s logistics system. Along its journey, it may pass through multiple distribution hubs, regional sorting sites, inspection stations and local delivery depots. Each of these locations operates based on its own workload and internal workflows. A parcel might stay longer than expected at one facility due to high package volumes, extra verification steps, transport scheduling, bad weather or other operational issues.

Tracking updates are offered so shoppers can follow their orders and stay aware of shipping progress. Once dispatched, tracking data will mark key milestones such as carrier acceptance, movement between sorting centers, arrival in your local region and preparation for final drop-off. Still, tracking feeds do not refresh instantly. There can be gaps where no new scan appears while the package travels between facilities or waits for the next processing step.

A pause in tracking activity does not mean the shipment has stopped moving. Carrier systems often need time to sync data, especially when parcels cross regional boundaries or switch between different transport hubs. Give the system a reasonable amount of time to load new updates before concluding something has gone wrong. If tracking stays unchanged for far longer than expected, our customer support team can launch a formal investigation.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders regardless of item value or delivery location, subject to service limits set by our carriers. Some shipments come with extra requirements such as a signature, ID check or an adult being present to receive the parcel. These rules vary based on the courier, destination, product type and delivery context. Keep an eye on shipment alerts so you are ready to accept your package when it arrives.

If the courier cannot complete the first delivery attempt, they will usually arrange further tries. The carrier may also share instructions to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel from a designated pickup spot. When repeated delivery attempts fail and the package is sent back to the depot, the order will be marked undeliverable and canceled. Once the returned parcel is received and processed, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Sometimes an item runs out of stock after you submit your order. Our inventory systems are built to keep stock records accurate, but unexpected stock mismatches can still happen. If we cannot fulfill part or all of your order, we will notify you promptly, cancel the unavailable items and process the matching refund. Where feasible, we can also discuss alternative products or other practical solutions.

Orders may be held before dispatch due to verification or administrative checks. Common examples include failed payment authorization, incomplete delivery information, restricted shipping zones or other details we need to confirm before packing can begin. When such an issue stops your order from moving forward, our support staff will reach out to collect the information needed to resolve it.

Cross-border shipments involve extra logistics steps that domestic parcels do not go through. Customs teams may inspect goods, ask for supplementary documentation, apply relevant charges or hold packages temporarily for processing. These procedures fall under the authority of local customs bodies and can extend delivery times. Shoppers ordering from overseas should understand that customs handling adds uncertainty to the original delivery estimate.

If you receive the wrong item, size, color or variant, reach out to customer support right away. Share your order number and a clear description of the mistake so our team can review the case and set up the correct return or refund process. Acting quickly helps us trace what happened and find the most suitable fix efficiently.

If an item simply fails to fit your preferences or sizing expectations, you may use our standard return process. Direct exchanges are not supported through our regular fulfillment pipeline. Instead, if you want a different size, color or product, return the original item following our return policy and place a brand-new order for your preferred selection. This method keeps our inventory counts precise and lets your new order follow the normal packing and shipping workflow.

When your shipment appears to be running far behind the estimated window, start by checking your tracking page. The latest scan from the carrier often explains where the parcel is and what stage it is in. If the tracking information does not account for the delay, our customer service team can contact the shipping provider to look into the situation.

Our core aim is to keep the delivery process as clear and predictable as possible, while acknowledging that shipping networks rely on many separate, unpredictable factors. Accurate shipping details, accessible tracking, open communication and careful order preparation all help create a smoother experience. Even though unforeseen events occasionally lengthen delivery times, we stay committed to helping customers understand their order status and resolve genuine fulfillment or shipping problems as quickly as we can.
